Pricing
All listed prices are per piece, exclusive of GST at 5%. Prices are subject to revision at any time without prior notice. Orders will be invoiced at the rate prevailing on the date of dispatch.
Big Size Pricing
An additional 10% applies only when an order consists entirely of large sizes — L, XL, 2XL, or above. If the order includes a mix of sizes (e.g. S, M along with L or XL), the standard base price applies to all pieces in that order with no surcharge.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required prior to dispatch. These are ready-stock items; orders proceed to dispatch only upon receipt of cleared funds. No credit is extended by default.
Colour & Shade
We use industry-standard fast-dye processes across all garments. Exact colour reproduction cannot be guaranteed as final appearance varies with individual usage, washing frequency, and garment care. A shade variation of ±5% is within accepted industry norms and is deemed acceptable.
GSM & Measurements
A tolerance of ±5% in GSM weight and ±1 inch in garment measurements are accepted industry standards. These tolerances shall not constitute grounds for rejection or dispute across any product listed herein.
Customisation
Listed prices are for standard blank garments only. Any customisation — including pattern changes, non-standard colourways, or special constructions — will be priced separately and confirmed at the time of order.
Logo Branding & Decoration
Logo branding, printing, and embroidery are available as add-on services and priced as per actuals at the time of order. No guarantee or warranty is offered for logo decoration — durability depends on the decoration method, fabric compatibility, and end-use conditions. Clients are advised to approve a branded sample before placing bulk decoration orders.
